Victoria Day Weekend
Parade and Celebration in Downtown Likely on Victoria Day every May. Local parade, visiting dignitaries, antique cars, little of everything, kids’ sports day, and the start of the annual Fish Derby.
Victoria Day Fishing Derby
The Derby runs May long weekend from Saturday till Monday. It takes place on Quesnel Lake only with the weigh-ins at Cedar Point Park. The fishing derby is sponsored by the Mount Polley Mining Corporation.
Camp Likely
Camp Likely is a favourite kid’s summer camp running from July to August. Camp Likely is a Bible-based children’s summer camp. For further information: office@camplikely.com
Unlikely Paddlefest
Third weekend in September, on Quesnel River and Quesnel Lake is Paddlefest time. Paddlers worldwide converge on the hamlet of Likely for one of the best river rafting experiences of their lives. For more information visit: Unlikely Paddlefest on Facebook.
Halloween Fireworks
October 31, at Cedar Point Provincial Park, a yearly spectacular fireworks display is the highlight of the night. The Chamber of Commerce collects donations year-round to build a bigger and better display yearly. Contact email: likelychamber@gmail.com to donate.

Christmas Craft Fair
The first Saturday in December. The Community and local crafters gather with the finest of gifts and goodies to temp you.
